Charles D. Jones III Licensed Home Inspector in the State of Ohio (LC12334). He has 20+ years as a General Contractor/Carpenter/Real Estate Investor who actively works in these fields/trades. His experience sets him apart! Charles does NOT work for Realtors! His loyalties are NOT divided! His Inspections comes with a warranty. Charles also is a Certified Mold Remediator, Licensed LEAD Abatement Contractor, Licensed Termite Inspector & Applicator and is Licensed to treat for General Pests. He is also EPA RRP (Renovate Repair Painting) Certified. Charles received his training and education from InterNACHI, the Worlds Largest Home Inspection organization that is second to none! He is a member of InterNACHI and is currently enrolled in additional studies through InterNACHI and will receive additional Certificates and Certifications. He attended a 3 day training course sponsored by InterNACHI which included the House of Horrors which is a house with thousands of defects. He received training on building tornado resisted homes. He also received training a certificate from Hondros College for Home Inspection education and training. Charles is the third and grew up with a Father who worked in the Construction, Masonry field for 50 years. His father is now retired but often tag along (as an assistant) and provides invaluable insight regarding the construction of, and history of, homes, neighborhoods; this insight proves to be invaluable to the customers we serve and gives many of the Homes we inspect a personality and a story. Charles attended Great Oaks Institute and studied Carpentry and Penn Foster-Home Remodeling and Repairs. Charles also attended Sinclair Community College and majored in Electro Mechanical Engineering Technology with Robotics. Charles works closely with Non-profit organizations, his sons local school and consistently gives of his time and monetary resources to give back to make a difference in the lives of those whom he supports and to strengthen the local community. Charles follows to a significant degree, the standards of practice of InterNACHI when providing inspection services and consistently goes above and beyond the standards of practice required of Home Inspectors. His Inspection reports are very detailed yet written in terms easy to understand and includes pictures and videos to help his customers get to know and understand the components in their new home. His goal and objective is not only to provide a peace of mind, but to educate his customers, provide tips on energy savings, maintenance, repairs, and to provide an inspection report that serves as a blueprint for future projects, maintenance, and repairs of your biggest investment- your home!
